Before Treatment

Skin Preparation

  • Cleanse your face with a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser (micellar water, pH-balanced foam).
  • Skin must be completely clean, dry, and free of makeup or oil.
  • Tie back hair, sanitize hands and disinfect the device.

Allergy Test

  • Perform a patch test 24 hours before (apply serum behind ear or jawline).
  • Do not use if skin is inflamed, irritated, sunburnt, or wounded.

Avoid 2–3 days before and after

  • Retinoids (retinol, tretinoin, Granactive Retinoid)
  • Acids (AHA, BHA, PHA)
  • Chemical/enzymatic peels
  • Benzoyl Peroxide and strong acne treatments
  • Dermaroller, dermaplaning, waxing, laser
  • Intense sun exposure / tanning

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Active acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis
  • Open wounds, infections, keloid tendency
  • Blood thinners, herpes outbreaks (consult physician)

Step 1 - Prep

Twist open the chamber, pour in the full ampoule, attach the 24K gold micro-needle head. Hold upside down for 2 minutes to saturate the tips. Cleanse your face with a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser; skin must be clean, dry, and oil-free.

Step 2 - Infuse

Press the ultra-fine gold tips gently across the skin with ~50% overlap. No force needed - tips 6× thinner than a hair deliver actives painlessly, up to 3× deeper than creams or serums. Pat in the remaining serum, leave overnight.

Step 3 - Glow

From the first use: plumper, smoother, more radiant skin. With consistent bi-weekly treatments: firmer contours, fewer lines, and an even tone.

Aftercare

First 24–72 hours:

  • Use only gentle, fragrance-free, alcohol-free cleansers.
  • Hydrate with soothing creams (panthenol, cica, aloe vera).
  • Apply daily SPF30+ (preferably mineral filters).
  • Avoid: makeup, heavy sweating, sauna, swimming, acids, retinoids, alcohol-based toners, fragranced cosmetics.

Normal reactions:

  • Redness, mild swelling, tightness (24–48h).
  • Sensation similar to mild sunburn.

Seek medical attention if:

  • Severe pain, persistent bleeding, yellow crust, fever, or hives occur.
